The hotel staff is accommodating and affable. The studio suite overlooks mountains and includes a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge. It's a welcome base for staying in Carmel Valley.

By and large, it was convenient base for sightseeing in Carmel Valley, had much fun. Studio suite included cable channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. The staff were all accommodating and amicable. Marvellous and favourable location in the middle of jackson was a plus.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with a nice comfortable king sized bed. The hotel was in a great and particularly good location short walk to carmel valley and the carmel village and wine tasting and wineries and restaurants.

I have never been in a better hotel. The room was clean and huge, with a nice, comfortable king-sized bed. The whole staff was helpful. The venue was close enough to Monterey, restaurants, shops, and wineries. I could reach Parsonage Winery Tasting Room at a short distance from the hotel.
